Having stayed in hundreds of short-term rentals across the U.S., Europe, and Africa, I bring a guest-first perspective that helps properties stand out. I use that insight to help homeowners increase bookings, improve guest experience, and maximize their return with a strategy that actually performs.

What I Love About Mammoth Lakes

With two littles, Mammoth Lakes has been such a fun place for our family year round. In the winter we love getting out in the snow and just enjoying the mountains, and once it warms up, we’re always out exploring the trails.

I started my career as a broker in Detroit, MI, and later managed both long-term and short-term rentals. That well-rounded background gives me a strong understanding of what it takes to protect investments and grow revenue. My passion lies in creating great experiences for both homeowners and guests through clear communication, high standards, and a hands-on approach. At Grand Welcome, I focus on optimizing bookings, keeping properties well-maintained, and ensuring smooth guest stays. I absolutely love Mammoth, CA, for its stunning alpine scenery and year-round outdoor adventures. Whether I'm skiing at Mammoth Mountain in winter or hiking the Lakes Basin Trail in summer, I spend as much time as possible outside.

I'm Madison, the Director of Operations at Grand Welcome Mammoth Lakes. Born and raised in Charleston, SC, I graduated with a business degree from the University of South Carolina. My career path has led me through real estate sales and into the short-term rental industry, where I've spent the last three years. I initially joined Grand Welcome as General Manager in Austin/Hill Country, an experience that has been invaluable in helping me better support my teams of General Managers across all our markets. I'm passionate about what I do and love the dynamic nature of this industry.
